IPQC (In-Process Quality Control)

We have strict quality control process, and the most important 3 inspection stages are IQC, IPQC, FQC. Each LED lighting product has a different quality control standard according to related requirements.

In IPQC process, through the inspection of the manufacturing process, our IPQC team can find quality issues and unstable factors in the manufacturing process, and immediately take measures to improve and ensure quality. We will monitor all the features of a lighting product that may affect quality and detect defective products.

IPQC Inspection

1. First Piece Inspection
We make this process to do function testing to avoid volume quality problem, especially for mass production.
2. Process Inspection
It includes visual check, function testing, and other processes based on customer’s test plan. The inspection must verify that the in-process tests were completed properly, as described in the plan.
3. Approved or Rejected
In-process semi finished lighting products must be tested for identity and quality and proceed to the accepting or rejecting steps. Then, the corrective actions will be followed up.
